“Dubai Roads” expands installments in installments via “Tabi” to include all its digital channels

The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has included a (Tabi) feature, the pioneering application in installment payment services, to all its digital channels, namely: the website, the Roads and Transport Authority application, the application of Nol and smart stalls, after it was only within the smart stalls.
Through this step, the authority aims to facilitate its customers so that they can pay the 170 -service service package fees of 170 services such as renewing the vehicle license, driving license and other services, including payment of the fine fees for violations of the authority, including vehicle violations.
The authority included the (Tabi) feature, which is the application known to provide payment facilities in installments through (4) batches as a maximum, as a means of paying within its digital channels, in an initiative aimed at making the authority’s employees to deliver all segments of society by providing flexible payment options for their services, including paying fees for purchasing vehicle numbers panels.
This initiative also comes from Dubai’s critical strategy and in implementation of the vision of the rational leadership to the government turning into a digital and smart model, and in order to enhance the experience of paying the services of the authority through digital channels, with the aim of raising the levels of happiness of the customers, raising the percentage of digital adoption of digital channels, and raising the rates of public revenues to the Dubai government.
It is worth noting that the Roads and Transport Authority had entered into a partnership with the application of shopping and financial services (Tabi) last year to arrange the installments facilities for its customers, who use the services of the authority, limiting at the beginning of this partnership to use the application through the smart stalls of the authority.
