Dubai Police seizes 375 people who are in the first half of Ramadan

The General Command of Dubai Police seized 375 miracles in the first half of Ramadan, who sold food and imitated goods in the public road, contrary to the laws, regulations and general safety and safety measures for members of society, and the failure to follow the conditions and health controls approved by the relevant authorities, in addition to controlling a number of vehicles used in the sale and transfer of products that violate the requirements.
This came within the framework of the Dubai Police campaign “Struggle begging”, which was launched during the holy month of Ramadan under the slogan “A conscious society, without begging”, aimed at enhancing awareness of the dangers of begging and preserving the security and stability of society, in addition to controlling beggars in public places.
The head of the sellers controlling the street vendors in the administration of suspicious and criminal phenomena in the General Administration of Investigations and Criminal Investigations, Lt. Col. Talib Al -Amiri, said that the seizure of street vendors comes within the efforts of Dubai Police, in cooperation with its partners to achieve the highest levels of security and safety in society, and to combat negative appearances in the emirate, especially since these sellers violate public safety requirements, and they distort the general appearance by displaying a set of products in the roads And alleys.
He explained that such rejected manifestations are active in the areas of workers ’gatherings and near their housing, calling on the public not to buy from the street vendors or unlicensed vehicles that stand in public roads, and deal only with the licensed installations to secure food needs, in order to preserve their health and the safety of their food.
Lt. Col. Talib Al -Amiri pointed to the risks of buying food products from street vendors or through unlicensed vehicles that stand on public roads, given the possibility of violating health requirements, health and food safety standards, poor supply and storage, which may result in damage to these products, and exposing consumers to severe health risks.
He explained that the Dubai Police is continuing to control the violating sellers around the clock, as part of its Ramadan campaign in cooperation with the partners, pointing to the importance of not dealing with street vendors, and submitting a communication about these violations by calling the number 901 and through the “Police Ain” service on the Dubai Police application.
