The incubation committee in Dubai reviews its most prominent achievements in protecting the rights of custody children

The report revealed that the committee received 287 files referred to it from the judicial authorities in the Dubai courts, and the meeting of 1,100 party concerned with custody cases, in addition to reviewing 574 criminal records for the custody seekers, conducting 397 field visits, and preparing 38 psychological reports, which included children of 36 nationalities. The report indicated that the proportion of support for the judicial authorities for the recommendations of the committee reached 98.26%, which reflects the level of high confidence in the professionalism, efficiency of the committee and the accuracy of its reports.
