“Human Resources” controls 405 cases of “photo resettlement” during the first half

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced the seizure of 405 cases of local resettlement with companies in the private sector, during the first half of this year.

The Ministry affirmed the taking of legal measures against the companies involved in the Emirati Emiratisation, in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (43) of 2025 regarding the administrative violations and penalties related to the initiatives and programs of the Competitiveness Council of the Emirati cadres.

The Ministry stressed, in a press statement, yesterday, the efficiency of the field supervisory and digital regulatory system in monitoring negative practices, foremost of which is the Syrian resettlement, which is a limited negative practice that does not constitute a phenomenon in the Emirati labor market, stressing at the same time dealing firmly with companies that are not committed to Emiratization policies and decisions.

The Ministry pointed to the negative repercussions of the Syrian resettlement on the goals and purposes of the settlement file, which is not based on the mere employment of citizens, but rather aims to prepare an Emirati human capital productive and sustainable in the private sector, enabling the Emirati cadres to actively participate in the development process of the state and support its economy, and increase their contributions to the national economy, especially the priority sectors in the targets of resettlement, semi -annual, annual, annual, annual resettlement targets, What requires the development of citizens’ efficiency within real skill jobs, and their practice of actual job tasks that rise to their capabilities.

The Ministry valued the private sector’s commitment to the policies, decisions and resources of resettlement, confirming its continued support for the committed companies, through its inclusion in the Emiratisation Partners Club, which enables it to obtain discounts of 80% on the fees of the Ministry’s transactions, and to give it priority within the government purchasing system, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance to support its work, except for the support provided by the “Confus” program for the wages of citizens, and other benefits And the advantages.

The Ministry called on citizens and members of society to report any cases of photo resettlement that they may be exposed to, not to be drawn behind the violating companies, and communicate with the ministry on the number 600590000, or the labor consulting center 80084 or the smart application of the ministry or its website.

“The Syrian resettlement” is defined as the operation of the citizen, through the company extracting a work permit for it and registration for the company for the purpose allocated to issuing the permit, and concluding a work contract that is available for its formal elements, but it lacks its basic elements in proving the true work relationship, in order to circumvent the decisions that regulate the work of citizens in the private sector, including the target of resettlement, or for the purpose of illegal benefit from the support systems And government incentives related to the employment and training of citizens.
