Oil prices increase 1% when settling and increasing futures contracts
Oil prices increased by 1% on Monday, and increased by 84 cents, or 1.2%, to reach $ 73 a barrel upon settlement.
The US West Texas Intermediate crude increased by 83 cents, or 1.2%, to $ 69.11 a barrel.
