The President of Al -Ahly declares his reconciliation with Mortada Mansour

Mahmoud Al -Khatib, Chairman of the Egyptian Al -Ahly Club, announced today, Tuesday, his reconciliation with Mortada Mansour, the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamalek, and his consequences of all the issues currently.

Al -Khatib said in an official statement entitled: “Whoever pardoned and fixes, then reward him for God.” He stated: “I appreciate the message of Chancellor Mortada Mansour, and his affirmation of his appreciation and full respect for the Al -Ahly club and my family, and for Professor Muhammad Othman, the legal advisor to the club, and we will give up all the rulings in this month Blessed … and may God forgive what was preceded. “

Mortada Mansour said earlier that Al -Khatib is a role model, after long differences between them, which reached the issuance of sentences against the former president of Zamalek on charges of insulting and slandering the preacher.

Mortada Mansour said in a statement on his official page today, Tuesday, “In the shadows of this holy month, the month of Ramadan in which the Qur’an was revealed, the month of spirituality and tolerance, the Moulay Al -Rahman Al -Rahim guided me, and he reconciled me to end most of the discounts that arose between me and those who differed with them.”

He added: «Based on the state of reconciliation with the soul, and with others, I confirm what I have previously announced for weeks, my full confusion with Captain Mahmoud Al -Khatib, who had previously expressed my opinion on one of the programs, that it is a mathematical model to follow, and I was one of his fans, and I am still at my opinion.

He explained: «Regardless of his continuation of legal measures towards me or not, I confirm my full respect for him, his small family, led by his virtuous wife, his companion his struggle, honorable sisters, as well as his eldest family, the board of directors of Al -Ahly Club, members of his public association, and his fans.

He explained: «It was not a day that was my intention to offend him, to the people of his house, or to Al -Ahly club, his respected fans, and the previous dispute between us.

He continued: «For the second time, I confirm that my position is not related to the path of litigation, but rather stems from an internal conviction, a clear will, and a desire for respect and mutual appreciation between us, as well as between me and my colleague Mohamed Othman, the club’s legal advisor.

He added: “Let our dear homeland live in this stage in which it needs calm and stability, away from quarrels and conflicts.”
