Judo Federation: Mansour bin Mohamed Presidency of the Olympic Committee is a strategic step towards the sustainability of sports development
Abu Dhabi, March 27/ WAM/ His Excellency Mohammed bin Thalouf Al -Darai, President of the Emirates Judo Federation, affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum assumed the chairmanship of the National Olympic Committee (2024-2028), a leading strategic step, which would contribute to the sustainability of the development of Emirati sport.
He added that the UAE sport looks forward to a new stage to continue development, growth and prosperity, and implement the national strategy 2031, a translation of support and attention from the wise leadership, and a continuation of the tangible and large efforts in the last session by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the second deputy governor of Dubai.
He pointed out that the Judo Union is an active strategic partner, through its positive participation, and its presence for several years in various Olympic sessions, and its continuous keenness to keep pace with development, and sustainable cooperation with the Olympic Committee in all areas that enhance the UAE’s position globally.
