The intentions of the Prophet’s Mosque are careful and care, in particular the elderly and the disabled, by the General Authority for Care to the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.

The authority provides continuous care and attention by allocating pregnant women to Zamzam water diapers, to ensure easy access to them, in addition to cleaning and sterilizing sites over the hour to provide a healthy and safe environment for them.

It is noteworthy that the authority has allocated 182 toilets in all facilities of the women’s section, electric elevators in the eastern side of the facilities, namely: “12A”, the “12b” facility, and the “13A” facility, as well as providing free animation.
