Abu Dhabi, March 28 / WAM / Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, as ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, approved the payment of a residential benefits for citizens in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with a total value of 6.75 billion dirhams 4,356 citizens and citizenship at the emirate level.
This package includes residential loans with a total value of 5.08 billion dirhams, of which 3,172 citizens benefited from, and the granting of lands and housing ready at a value of 1,585 billion dirhams, of which 1,100 citizens and citizen It amounted to more than 94.8 million dirhams, of which 84 citizens benefited in the emirate.
With this package, the total residential benefits that were presented to citizens in Abu Dhabi since the establishment of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority increases to more than 123 thousand residential benefits, with a total value of about 168.85 billion dirhams.
The adoption of the disbursement of the first residential benefits package for 2025 comes in conjunction with the coming of the blessed Eid Al -Fitr, based on the keenness of the rational leadership to continue the comprehensive development process by enhancing the well -being of citizenship families and ensuring their family and social stability within a positive environment that meets the aspirations and needs of citizens and enhances their contributions and participation in building the country.
