The Mohammed bin Rashid Library launches a diverse cultural program in April

Dubai, March 28 / WAM / The Mohammed Bin Rashid Library is preparing to launch a busy cultural, artistic and literary program during April, as it hosts a group of international creators in a series of various events that include workshops, dialogue sessions, cinematic and music shows.
The program will be launched with a theatrical authorship workshop in cooperation with the NBD Theater, led by Emirati director Mari Al -Halyan, and deals with the basics of theatrical writing and building characters and dramatic plot, while hosting a dialogue session, to discuss the book “Chinese History in Dubai”, to celebrate the International Day of the Chinese Language, as well as an artistic event for drawing in Chinese line.
The library, to the manga fans, offers a “manga stories with an Emirati flavor”, to enable the participants to develop creative narratives inspired by local culture, with an accompanying workshop to teach the drawing of manga characters.
It also celebrates the International Heritage Day through an event that highlights the elements of the Emirati and inlaid heritage, which includes musical and artistic performances, workshops for traditional industries and dialogue sessions on support and popular proverbs.
Within the framework of “Dubai AI Week”, the library is organizing a series of workshops and lectures on artificial intelligence applications in the content, training and education industry, in addition to the training workshop for trainers using artificial intelligence tools.
The events are concluded with a cinematic night in cooperation with “Siniole” to show short international films, a poetry evening in honor of the poet Bechara El -Khoury, as well as participation in the 34th session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.
