European Commission invests 1.3 billion euros in artificial intelligence

Brussels, March 29/ WAM/ The European Commission has announced the investment of 1.3 billion euros over the next three years; In the areas of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud services and other digital technologies of strategic importance.

The Commission in Brussels adopted the “Digital Europe” work program for the period until 2029.

One of the program’s priorities is the publication of obstetric artificial intelligence applications (artificial intelligence) in business and public sector, and this includes supporting the so -called European digital innovation centers that provide companies and public authorities with the ability to access technical experience and test new digital applications.

The program also focuses on enhancing cybersecurity, including the development of European cyber security reserves for trusted services providers who can quickly interfere in accidents that involve, for example, on marine cables and hospitals.

It is also scheduled to allocate large investments to teach digital skills and develop the digital model that helps prepare for climate change and natural disasters.
