المملكة: “Customs Ports” records 1320 cases of seizure within a week

The land, sea, and air customs outlets recorded 1320 cases of controls, within the framework of the ongoing efforts made by the “Zakat, Tax and Customs” Authority to enhance the security aspect and protect society from prohibitions of all kinds and forms.
The seized items included 60 items of narcotic substances, such as hashish, cocaine, heroin, youth, Captagon pills, etc., in addition to 1075 prohibited materials, and the seized items also included 1774 tobacco varieties and its derivatives, along with 34 items for sums of money.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority emphasized that it is continuing to tighten customs control over the Kingdom’s imports and exports, in order to achieve the security and protection of society, in cooperation and continuous coordination with all its relevant partners.
