Decree and decision to withdraw citizenship from 7 people

Today, Decree No. 55 of 2025 was issued in the Official Gazette of the State of Kuwait today, with the withdrawal of Kuwaiti citizenship from a woman and who may have acquired her with her by dependency, based on Emiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 by the Nationality Law and the laws amending it.

Decision No. 278 of 2025 was issued by the Kuwaiti Cabinet to withdraw the citizenship certificate from 6 people and whoever has acquired it from the holder of that certificate by subordination, based on Article 21 bis A of Emiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 by the Nationality Law and the laws amending it.
