The Dubai World Cup has achieved its distinguished success since its inception, thanks to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai “may God bless him”, and turned into a civilized teacher, sustainable heritage, and a global platform for the participation of the elite horses and knights in the best races in the world, with the success and distinction of Dubai, and the UAE achieves the best indicators globally.
Al -Shehhi added that the Dubai International race is an important and prominent station on the world racing map, and was born in a giant in 1996.
He explained in a statement to the Emirates News Agency “WAM” on the occasion of the drawing of the 29th edition of the race, that the Dubai International race stations in various versions witnessed the victory of the best horses in the world by the title such as “Cigar”, “Dubai Melinum”, “Street Cray”, and other international horses.
He stated that Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Horse Racing Club, is a great supporter of equestrian sport and owners, and is also keen through the Emirates Horse Racing Authority to support the owners.
He praised the great efforts made during the current season at the Dubai Horse Racing Club in organizing racing and events according to best practices, headed by Sheikh Rashid bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum, and His Excellency Ali Al Ali, CEO, member of the Board of Directors of the Dubai Horse Racing Club, and the club’s work team.
Al -Shehhi noted the success of the draw for the 29th edition of the Dubai World Cup today in Dubai, and the selection of gates by the owners, amid expectations of strong competition between the best horses on the dirt floor and the Saudi Cup champion “Four Ever Yang”, and the best horse on almost herbal floor “Romantic Warr” who won the most awards in the history of races, and this is the second time that we see this horse in Dubai.
He added that in general, the race in Dubai brings together the best horses in the east and west, and this event has become the focus of attention and attention of owners and coaches globally, to obtain the honor of participating in it.
He pointed out that the Emirates Horse Racing Authority is keen to contribute to providing the appropriate and appropriate environment to attract the best horses and knights to participate in races, and he expected the 29th edition of the Dubai World Cup to be exceptional this year, culminating in the great efforts made by everyone, to establish the position and leadership of the UAE globally.
