Signed by the National Center for the Development of Vegetation and combating desertification Investment contracts in vegetation sites, in 3 national parks, for a period of up to 25 years; This is to enhance the participation of various sectors in achieving environmental goals and supporting tourism in natural destinations.
The contracts included investment in Arar National Park, in the northern border region, on an area exceeding 14 million square meters; It aims to develop the park by providing a group of services and facilities, including an area for operation and production, and an area for logistics services, in addition to service and operational facilities, recreational and environmental activities, and developing public services for visitors.
Integrated tourism and entertainment experiences
The signed contracts also included investment in Wuthelan National Park, in the Riyadh region, on an area estimated at 5 million square metres, as the park is distinguished by its natural and environmental diversity, in addition to its historical and heritage value. Investing in the park is establishing integrated camps that provide tourism and entertainment experiences suitable for all groups.
The contracts also included the development of Saad National Park, in the Riyadh region, on an area of up to two million square metres. It aims to provide an integrated experience for visitors, combining enjoyment of nature with enthusiastic and adventurous activities. Investment in the park includes providing an integrated experience for visitors, including many desert and heritage experiences, sports and adventure activities, and a road services center. Investment opportunities also focus on providing services to visitors through an integrated hospitality system.
