“Mustablai Group” and “Al -Arabiya External Advertising” establish a joint project

Abu Dhabi, April 3/ WAM/ Saudi Arabia Foreign Advertising Company signed a memorandum of understanding, with the media and advertising sector of the Mustablay Group, the Abu Dhabi -based investment company, to establish a joint investment project in the global foreign advertising sector and enhance global presence and support expansion plans in international markets.
Cooperation between the two companies focuses on exploring the best opportunities for joint acquisition and investment in the external advertising sector, while emphasizing the expansion of the markets outside the Middle East and North Africa.
The memo included a basic item aimed at discussing the investment prospects participating in the fields of advertising technology and artificial intelligence in the external advertising sector.
This element is pivotal in the future transformations in the sector, as the focus is on developing innovative advertising platforms that depend on advanced technologies such as digital advertising platforms (SSP), which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of access to targeted advertising groups, and achieving a greater sustainability of the sector, as well as integration with the future advertising system.
Mohamed Al -Khuraiji, CEO of Al Arabiya Foreign Advertising Company, said that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Mustablay Group confirms the company’s steadfast commitment to expanding its business globally, to keep pace with its expansion in the Middle East region as the largest advertising platform in the region, and this cooperation also enhances its strategy in exploring growth opportunities in international markets.
He added that this strategic partnership will support its leadership as one of the fastest growing companies in the foreign advertising sector globally, and allows it to provide innovative advertising solutions that are in line with the rapid technological developments, especially those supported by artificial intelligence.
