Local financial markets will resume their activity tomorrow

Today, the Capital Market Authority announced the resumption of trading, clearing and settlement activities in the country’s capital markets, the Abu Dhabi Securities Market and the Dubai Financial Market, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

The Authority explained in a statement that the decision to resume trading comes after continuous coordination between the Authority and the two markets according to the time frame that was previously announced. The Authority confirmed that it will continue to closely monitor developments in the region, and take any measures it deems appropriate in accordance with its legal and regulatory powers, in order to protect investors.

The Authority called on all concerned parties to follow the official channels of the Securities and Commodities Authority, the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, and the Dubai Financial Market, for any subsequent developments.
