المملكة: 1.4 million operations via “Virtual Justice” in 2024 a growth of 60%

The Ministry of Justice revealed the achievement of the “virtual justice” service, a qualitative leap in the size of the operations completed during the past year 2024, as the total number of documentary operations conducted through the service through the Ministry’s Electronic Services platform exceeded more than 1.4 million operations.
The ministry explained that this number represents a remarkable growth rate of 60% compared to the total operations that took place during the year 2023, which reflects the increasing demand from beneficiaries on the service, which greatly strengthened the quality of the services provided and the ease of obtaining all types of documentation remotely without the need to review the judicial headquarters.
The path of “social cases” issues the list of services most used during 2024 with more than 500 thousand documentation operations, followed by the path of “marriage contracts” with more than 260 thousand operations, then the “real estate” path, which recorded more than 220 thousand operations, while the path of “agencies and declarations” reached more than 110 thousand documentation operations during the same year.
