Hamdan bin Mohammed arrives in New Delhi at the beginning of his official visit to India
New Delhi, April 8/ WAM/ His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Salama Allah, arrived this morning “Tuesday,” in the capital, New Delhi, at the beginning of the first official visit of His Highness to India.
His Highness was received at Indira Gandhi International Airport, His Excellency Soresh Gobi, Minister of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Tourism in India, who welcomed His Highness and the accompanying delegation.
During the reception, the national peace was played for both the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of India, after which His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, reviewed a few of the honor guards who lined up to salute His Highness.
During the visit, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum meets the state of Narindra Modi, Prime Minister of the Republic of India, and a number of senior officials, where bilateral relations will be discussed, the most important developments in the comprehensive economic partnership between the Emirates and India, and the future of cooperation within the various strategic sectors supporting sustainable development in the two countries, and to serve the interests of the two friendly peoples.
