Al -Bajah Ji dawn as the CEO of Operations in the import of a bank

Importing of the SAB (M.M.) (“Importing a Bank”), an Islamic bank, is licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, that the dawn of Al -Bajah Ji was appointed to the position of CEO of Operations.
Mrs. Al -Bajah Ji joins the bank in a pivotal stage of its institutional transformation, where she has a wide executive experience that extends for more than 16 years in the fields of investment management, strategic planning, operations, and business development. Its joining comes as the bank continues to strengthen its upper leadership team and its operational platform.
In her position as an executive head of operations, Mrs. Bajah Ji will supervise a number of basic jobs in the bank, including strategy, legal affairs, operations, management, fund management, information technology, institutional communication, and investor relations. It will also play a major role in promoting the implementation of the bank’s basic activities, enhancing internal control and efficiency, and supporting future growth in investment platforms and interaction with customers.
Her appointment represents another important step in the path of restructuring a bank, based on the positive momentum of 2024, which witnessed the bank’s return to profitability, implementing new strategic investments, and successfully coming out of old assets to return money to investors, and apply initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Before joining a bank imported, Mrs. Al -Bajah Ji recently held the position of general manager in “Al -Amal Holding Projects”, the investment arm of the Hope Fund, where she led the company’s investment and institutional strategy and its operations through several departments. She also previously held the position of Senior Director for Investment Development (Innovation and Technology) in the Council of Economic Development in Bahrain, where she contributed to attracting large levels of foreign direct investment to the technology sector in the Kingdom. It also held positions in the Insrata Capital companies, the Holding Holding Milestones, and the Adax Bank, in the fields of marketing, strategic business development, and investment management.

Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Trade and Business Administration from Concordia University in Canada, and currently holds a number of councils, including the position of Chairman of the Technology and Digital Economy Committee in the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
