Dubai, April 6 / WAM / in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Development and Citizen Affairs in Dubai, to work to develop and activate the role of neighborhood councils in the emirate, Dubai Municipality in cooperation with the Community Development Authority in Dubai has established a project to establish and construct 5 community neighborhood councils in regions, Nad Al -Sheba Al -Thani, and the second And Al Barsha, the first south, the second shells, and the Hatta area.

The project of community neighborhood councils in conjunction with the 2025 declaration of society in the UAE, which aims to enhance ties within families and society, reflects the leadership vision towards building a coherent and prosperous society.

It is also in line with the goals of the Dubai Social Agency 33, aimed at achieving the happiest, most interconnected, tolerant and adherence to national values ​​and identity, and the achievement of the most effective and pre -emptive social system in protection, care and empowerment, and in a manner that guarantees the family and social stability of citizens.

Community neighborhood councils in the Emirate of Dubai brings together a unified design, based on the modern architectural character in terms of general form and external and internal finishes, and the design of the Hatta Council will take into account the preservation of the authentic heritage, historical and patriotic identity of Dubai neighborhood councils in terms of internal divisions, and compatibility with the urban standards of the Hatta region in terms of general design.

The total area of ​​the councils is 6280 square meters, and the area of ​​one council reaches 1256 square meters, and it will consist of a multi -use hall that can be divided, a council for daily use, a champion for men and women, in addition to the reception area, administrative spaces for employee offices, stores, preparatory kitchens, and toilets.

It is expected that each of the councils of Al -Barsha regions south, the second shells, the second youth, and the second Al -Aweir in the fourth quarter of this year 2025, will be delivered, while the Hatta Council will be completed in the second quarter of the year 2026.
