Doha, April 6 / WAM / Abu Dhabi Athletics Club announced the approval of the participation of 8 players and players in the West Asian Clubs championship, scheduled in the Qatari capital, Doha, from April 7 to 10.
The tournament will start tomorrow on the field and track of the Sahim Bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar Club, with the participation of 400 athletes and sports from 13 countries representing the West Asian Federation in various competitions.
The mission is headed by Khaled Al -Naqbi, the general supervisor of the men’s team, and alongside him includes technical and administrative bodies and medical staff.
The players and players of the club participate in the speed races of 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 10,000 meters, in addition to 4 in 400 meters, follow and pay the disk.
Khaled Rashid Al -Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Athletics Club, stressed the importance of the championship in the first official participation of the club in external competitions, with the aim of friction and developing the technical level of players and players, and upgrading their competitiveness.
