The Ministry of Education stressed that the establishment of celebration and honor programs inside schools must take place without the download of male and female students or their parents any financial costs, stressing that participation in these activities remains optional and left to the desire of the participants, in order to enhance the principles of justice and equality, taking into account the social and economic conditions of families, and a guarantee of a stimulating educational environment that contributes to establishing values ​​and achieving education goals.

Celebrate the consolidation of national values

The Ministry explained that these measures come within a comprehensive organizational framework prepared to activate celebration and honor within schools, which aims to consolidate national values ​​and enhance affiliation, highlight the importance of assessing individual and group achievements for male and female students in various fields, and involving the family in supporting and enhancing students’ efforts, in a way that enhances the participatory relationship between the school and society.

The Ministry emphasized that the celebration activities are implemented according to an annual plan approved at the school level, which are distributed throughout the school year, and include national, educational and cultural occasions, as well as qualitative programs aimed at honoring outstanding students, talented and distinguished behavioral and graduates and initiators in student activities, in addition to interacting with societal occasions and enhancing positive values ​​and behavior by activating the radio School, classroom, underwriter activities, sports, social and cultural events, and the plan also includes the participation of parents in a way that contributes to building effective and supportive relationships between the home and the school.

The Ministry of Education indicated that the establishment of celebrations inside schools represents one of the educational goals that seeks to increase the affiliation of the school and raise the motivation of students, and achieve integration between the educational and educational aspects, as it highlights the importance of honoring distinguished efforts, celebrating achievements, and stimulating positive behavior, within a balanced educational environment that provides all male and female students equal opportunities for appreciation and support.

Event establishing controls

In this context, the Ministry of Education stressed the need to adhere to the regulations regulating the establishment of events, foremost of which is the commitment to the values ​​that support loyalty and national affiliation, enhance discipline, honesty, cooperation, determination and tolerance while respecting the culture of Saudi society, adherence to the school dress approved in educational institutions and refraining from wearing clothes that carry images or inappropriate phrases, and the adoption of the ceremony program for each school by the Student Guidance Committee The school’s administrative committee ensures an accurate organization that is in line with the approved educational policies.

The Ministry also clarified that in the event of a central celebration or at the level of the region or the governorate, it must be taken into account the allocation of two independent regions, one for female students and the other for students, to ensure complete privacy during the celebration and the performance of prayer, with a written approval from the Director General With all relevant regulations and regulations.

The continuation of the school day

The Ministry stressed the importance of the course of the school day during the establishment of the celebration, in a manner that ensures the continuation of the educational process smoothly, and that all media products related to celebration and honor are approved by the Institutional Communication Department in the Education Department, while adhering to the regulations and standards adopted in preparing and publishing these products, in order to preserve the quality of media content and enhance the ministry’s messages and educational values.

The Ministry of Education concluded its confirmation that these controls come in the context of its continuous efforts to enhance the role of the school in building a balanced personality for the male and female students, consolidating national and educational values ​​and principles, and achieving the ideal educational environment that is in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and supports building a conscious and proud generation with his identity, and contributed to building and developing its community and country.
