Hamdan bin Mohammed opens the “Nava Shiva Business Complex” of Dubai Ports in Mumbai

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, opened the “Nava Shevi Business Complex” of Dubai World Ports in Mumbai, in an important step that would enhance the prosperous economic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of India, and the project is considered one of three global levels established by Dubai World Ports in India with investments in more than 735 million dirhams.
His Highness inspected the facilities of the “Nava Shevi Business Complex”, and His Highness praised the vital and tangible role played by Dubai World Ports in the global trade scene, and its contribution to strengthening the commercial movement around the world with its qualitative projects of real added value, noting His Highness the positive impact of the new complex in expanding the prospects for economic partnership with India.
The Nava Shiva Business Complex near Mumbai offers a million square feet of storage spaces, in addition to another million square feet that will be included in the next stage. The complex provides specialized spaces that meet the needs of the various industries, and it is part of the DP World, which consists of 12 free trade zones – including the integrated Chennai Complex in Tamil Nadu and the Kushin Economic Zone in Kochi.
