Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities is looking to cooperate with the Guinean academic institutions

Abu Dhabi, April 10 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Mubarak Al -Dhaheri, Director of Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, discussed during his reception at the university’s headquarters, His Excellency Siko Sharifki Camara, Ambassador Extraordinary Commissioner of the Republic of Guinea to the state and the accompanying delegation, which included a number of members of the Guinean embassy ways to develop scientific partnerships between the university and academic institutions in Guinea, and enhance scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for student exchange to support academic relations, and ways to enhance the areas of coordination and cooperation to benefit from the university’s experience in the field of humanities, especially related to studies of peace, development, stability, tolerance and coexistence, and support the bonds of civilized and human communication between the peoples of the world.

The Guinean delegation was briefed on the university’s academic programs and scientific courses and their experience in the field of enhancing the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence, and it is known for its initiatives and efforts in this regard, which includes academic programs approved in a bachelor’s degree is the first of its kind in tolerance, in addition to graduate studies programs in tolerance and religions.

The delegation is also known to the university’s efforts and initiatives in hosting many scientific conferences, workshops and discussions that bring together researchers from all over the world to exchange the results of their research on topics related to tolerance, peace and development.

Dr. Khalifa Al Dhaheri said that the visit of the Guinean delegation comes within the framework of the university’s communication with different societies around the world, especially in Africa, the delivery of a message of love and peace from the Emirates to all peoples, enhancing common ties with them, especially the ties of human brotherhood, and consolidating the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence.

He stressed that the visit is considered an introduction to the exchange of experiences, knowledge, cultural and cultural communication with the Guinean side, in the context of the university’s keenness and endeavor to enhance its cultural and scientific relations with academic institutions in the African continent.

For his part, the head of the Guinean delegation praised the initiatives of Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities in the field of human studies and humanities, and its unique experience in adopting the message of peace and tolerance and spreading it among human societies, and he said that this experience is unique and indicates the eagerness of the UAE and its educational and academic institutions to serve the issues of peace and stability in the world, through the soft power that it possesses and harnessed in the interest of people who love peace and harmony And coexistence.
