Today, the Saudi Ministry of Interior announced that the deadline for pilgrims to enter the Kingdom tomorrow, Sunday.

The Saudi Interior announced in a statement today, Saturday, that “the deadline for the departure of pilgrims to leave the Kingdom on Tuesday, April 29th.

The ministry also announced in its statement that “starting from Wednesday, April 23, the residents wishing to enter the Holy Capital (Makkah Al -Mukarramah) will have to obtain permits to do so from the concerned authorities, and prevent the entry of residents who do not have regular permits to the Holy Capital and return them from where they came, and includes entry permits to the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah residents who have an entry permit to work in the Holy Places issued by the competent authority, or Whoever holds the identity of a resident issued by the Holy Capital, or those who have Hajj permits, and that issuing permits to enter the Holy Capital for residents working during the Hajj season are electronically through the platform “Absher individuals” and “Resident Gate”.

The Ministry of Interior announced that the issuance of Umrah permits will be suspended through the “Nesc” platform for the citizens of the Kingdom, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, residents inside the Kingdom, and other visa holders from Tuesday, April 29, 2025) until Monday, June 10, 2025.

Also, “Makkah Al -Mukarramah City will not be allowed to enter or stay for all types of visas, with the exception of those with a pilgrimage visa, as of Tuesday, April 29th.

The Saudi Ministry of Interior called for the commitment to the instructions organizing the Hajj season this year, and to cooperate with the relevant authorities to achieve the security and safety of the guests of Rahman, and that violating these instructions exposes their perpetrators to regular penalties.
