Distribution of profits to the shareholders of “Avalon Pharma” for the second half of 2024
On Tuesday, the Board of Directors of the Middle East Pharmaceutical Industries Company (Avalon Pharma) decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024 AD.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi circulation: The total amount distributed is 25 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 20 million shares.
She added that the share share of the distribution is 1.25 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 12.5%.
The right date will be 1446-11-03 corresponding to 2025-05-01, while the distribution date will be 1446-11-17 corresponding to 2025-05-15.
