المملكة: The Kingdom condemns the crime of occupation by bombing the Baptist hospital in the Gaza Strip

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the strongest terms, the heinous crime committed by the Israeli occupation forces by bombing the Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom’s condemnation of the most heinous crime committed by the Israeli occupation forces by bombing the Baptist Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
She renewed her categorical rejection of this attack, which is a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms, including international humanitarian law.
The Kingdom called on the international community to carry out its responsibility to stop repeated violations against civilians, warning of the collapse of the health regime in Gaza as a result of the Israeli occupation continued its continuous violations of all international laws and norms.

Destruction of the surgical building

The Civil Defense in Gaza announced that an Israeli air strike had almost completely destroyed one of the buildings of the “Baptist” National Hospital at dawn on Sunday,
Tens of thousands of Gaza residents resorted to hospitals that were used as shelters to accommodate the displaced, although many of them were severely damaged by the continuous shelling.

Civil defense spokesman Mahmoud Bellas told AFP that the Israeli aircraft “targeted an air strike at dawn today at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, which led to its destruction and completely out of service.”
He explained that the raid led to “the destruction of the surgical building, which includes the emergency department, and the oxygen power plant for intensive care sections.”
