1.3 % growth in the volume of foreign trade in China during the first quarter

BEIJING, on April 14/ WAM/ Official data issued by the General Customs Authority in China showed today, Monday, that the total imports and exports of China from commodities expanded by value by yuan by 1.3 % on an annual basis during the first quarter of this year.

The People’s newspaper today online quoted the commission as saying that the value of exports during the mentioned period increased by 6.9 % to 6.13 trillion yuan “about 850.1 billion US dollars”, while the value of imports decreased by 6 % to 4.17 trillion yuan.
