The Ministry confirmed that the permanent committees receive the communications and information that indicate the existence of violations, and move to verify their validity within a period not exceeding five working days, and in the event that the violation is proven, the approved control records are edited and the necessary measures are taken.

The Ministry imposed the maximum fine for violators, with a maximum of 10 thousand riyals, and a minimum of two thousand riyals in the event that the group housing activity for individuals is practiced without obtaining the operating license or the activity after the license is over.
He expected a fine of 8 thousand riyals, with a maximum of 4 thousand riyals, in the event that an aid room for emergency cases does not provide a nurse for housing, whose capacity exceeds 1,000 individuals, or the absence of a medical clinic with a doctor and a nurse for housing, whose capacity exceeds 5,000 individuals.

The same previous fine is imposed in the event of insects or rodents in the facility, or not providing the sufficient number of garbage containers tightly closed or not adhering to emptying and cleaning them regularly or accumulating waste, or employing workers in the central kitchens without issuing a health certificate or a health certificate ending or incorrect in any type of collective housing housing complex. In the absence of a Saudi national, a full -time nationality, and is responsible for housing and has the authority to reach all housing facilities and has knowledge of the collective housing requirements for individuals and emergency procedures, the fine will be 500 riyals with a maximum of 100 riyals.
