The launch of the “IPS 2025” exhibition in Dubai with wide international participation

Dubai, April 14 / WAM / The activities of the twenty -first edition of the Real Estate Investment Exhibition “IPS 2025”, which will be hosted by the Dubai World Trade Center until April 16, started with the participation of more than 300 exhibitors from 85 countries, and the presence of more than 25 thousand visitors.
“IPS 2025”, which was opened by His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, is a prominent international platform that brings together a group of major real estate developers, investors and decision makers from all over the world, to discuss the most prominent orientations of the real estate sector, and to review the latest projects and smart technologies, in order to enhance Dubai’s status as a leading global destination in investment and real estate development.
This year’s session coincides with the launch of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which aims to consolidate the emirate’s global capital, by enhancing transparency, stimulating innovation, and creating an integrated and sustainable investment environment.
Ibn Ghalita stressed that the organization of this global event reflects the increasing confidence in the Dubai Real Estate Market, and embodies the role of the Land and Property Department in enabling communication between the various parties of the real estate system, noting that the organization of the exhibition comes within the framework of supporting the Dubai 2033 strategy, enhancing the competitiveness of the emirate at the global level, achieving a balance between supply and demand, and supporting comprehensive economic growth plans.
The Land and Property Department reviews a number of strategic initiatives, most notably: “Real Estate I” for the global promotion of the real estate sector, and the initiative “is the leadership” to empower women in the real estate market, the “real estate coding” project based on blockchain technologies, and other initiatives.
The activities of the first day of the exhibition included a series of dialogue sessions within the main conference and the “Institutional Investors Conference”, with the participation of a group of international experts, to exchange visions on the future of the real estate sector, and to enhance the sustainable real estate investment environment in Dubai.
The second day is scheduled to witness the organization of the “IPS Women 2025” conference, in cooperation with the Real Estate Women Council, which aims to empower women and enhance their role in leading the future of the real estate sector.
