Egypt .. MM Group shares rises 2.15% in conjunction with the issuance of the annual financial statements

The trading on the share of “MM Group” for industry and global trade at that time through 794.43 thousand shares with a value of trading 6.02 million pounds.

The highest price for the share at that time was at 7.60 pounds during the session, while the lowest price was at 7.50 pounds per share.

The share of MM Group for Industry and Global Trade has witnessed a remarkable increase, after announcing its financial results from the fiscal year 2024, which showed growth in net profits by 56.1% on an annual basis.

According to the declared data, the company recorded a net profit of 1.09 billion pounds during the year 2024, compared to 699.15 million pounds in 2023, after calculating the rights of the minority.

The company’s sales increased during the past year to 14.3 billion pounds, compared to 10.36 billion pounds in 2023.

At the level of non -combined financial statements (individual), net profits of the independent company increased during 2024 to 907.96 million pounds, compared to 631.26 million pounds in the previous year.

With regard to financial performance during the first nine months of 2024, the company achieved a net profit of 801.29 million pounds, compared to 482.12 million pounds during the same period from 2023, taking into account the minority rights.

The company’s sales during the same period also recorded an increase to 10.78 billion pounds, compared to 7.99 billion pounds in the same period last year.

As for the individual lists, the profits of the independent company increased during the period from January to the end of September 2024 to 684.35 million pounds, compared to 451.18 million pounds during the same period from 2023.
