The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has set 4 steps to obtain a new work permit for a worker outside the country, noting that the Ministry’s website facilitates the procedures in simple and fast steps.

The Ministry stated in a post on its pages on social media, that the owner of the facility must log in the name of the user, password or digital identity, then enter the required data.

She added that after that the request is referred electronically to the ministry, and then the applicant then obtains immediate approvals for some permits, stressing that in the event of deficiencies, the facility will be notified of them to complete them.

As for verifying the academic certificate of the skilled worker, the ministry indicated through its website that it will undertake the transfer of academic certificates to verify the Ministry of Higher Education, and the fees will be collected, provided that the result will be received within two weeks with a maximum, explaining that the work contract can be issued to the worker when entering it inside the country and issuing a medical examination that proves his health fitness.
