4 players representing the UAE in the Asian boxing of young people in Jordan
Abu Dhabi, April 17/ WAM/ The Emirates Boxing Federation announced the participation of the national team in the Asian and Promising Championship competitions, which kicks off from April 19 to 30 in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
The national team will participate in four players, Marwan Raisi, Youssef Al -Nabulsi, Ahmed Mahasal and Ali Al -Mismari.
Mohamed Musabah Al -Shibli, coach of the National Boxing Team, confirmed the readiness of all players to participate in the championship, after they fought an internal camp during the last period, in addition to their participation in several local tournaments during the last month of Ramadan.
He explained that the aim of the participation is to rise the coronation platforms, and raise the name of the UAE in this continental forum, which includes the elite players in the continent of Asia, pointing out that the national team mission will leave tomorrow to the Jordanian capital, Amman, provided that the weight procedures will take place next Saturday, before the start of the competitions.
