المملكة: 24 thousand beneficiaries of Al -Aswar Hospital services during the first quarter of 2025

Al -Qassim Health Gathering clarified that Al -Aswar General Hospital provided its health services to 24,385 beneficiaries during the first quarter of 2025, which included outpatient and emergency services and a number of supportive medical specialties, as part of his efforts to enhance the quality of health care provided to the residents of Al -Aswar Governorate and its centers.

According to statistics, the hospital’s outpatient clinics received 7,784 auditors in a number of specializations, including esoteric, children, women, childbirth, and surgery, in addition to the services of the visiting doctor, while the emergency department received 16,601 cases, including 73 cases resulting from traffic accidents, where urgent health care was provided around the clock.

Medical laboratory exams

The assembly also showed that the medical laboratory conducted 240,051 laboratory examinations, while 8,155 radiological examinations were carried out using the latest devices, and the Medical Rehabilitation Department recorded 2,632 physical therapy sessions.
As for the dialysis department, it conducted 518 sessions for patients in need of this type of treatment.

Pharmacy services

Regarding pharmaceutical services, the pharmaceutical care department disbursed 16,747 medicinal recipes, and 168 patients benefited from home health care services that were implemented through 1,355 home visits, while 163 patients benefited from the visiting doctor program, and the number of meals provided through the nutrition department reached 28,026 meals for beneficiaries of hypnosis and care services.

During the same period, the hypnosis departments recorded more than 661 cases of intensive care departments, children, women, childbirth, and other therapeutic departments, in addition to recording 57 births, and 83 surgeries were performed, distributed between emergency and scheduled operations.
