The Spanish mayor of Marbella visits the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club and discusses cooperation opportunities
Fujairah on April 17 /WAM /The Fujairah International Marine Sports Club received Mrs. Angeles Moni, the mayor of Marbella, the Spanish city of Marbella, on an official visit aimed at reviewing the club’s facilities and discussing cooperation opportunities in the field of marine sports development.
The tour included inspecting the club’s youth and junior training academy, which was adopted by the International Marine Sports Federation as a major training center worldwide, due to its advanced training programs and high -level equipment, which makes it an international role model.
The visit coincided with the launch of the activities of the World Motosirf Championship, which the club hosted with the wide participation of youth and junior groups.
Moni held an official meeting that included Lesandro Vitts, the mayor, Martin Ganselk, the general promoter of the tournament, and Ahmed Ibrahim Al -Balushi, CEO of Fujairah International Club and head of the Youth Development Program in the International Marine Sports Federation.
During the meeting, Moni discussed the possibility of establishing an academy and a maritime sports training center in Marbella, taking advantage of the leading Fujairah club in this field.
The club is likely to provide its logistical and technical support for this project, as did previously in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Angelis Moni expressed her happiness at her presence in the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club, noting her admiration and fascination with the club’s facilities and equipment at the Youth and Junior Training Academy, confirming her happiness by signing a cooperation agreement with the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club, and Angeles Moni also submitted the invitation of the team of the Youth and Junior Training Academy to visit the city of Marbella to determine the location of the establishment of the Academy Training in the short.
For his part, Ahmed Ibrahim Al -Balushi expressed his happiness at the visit of the mayor of Marbella, praising her confidence in the club, stressing that the Fujairah International Club has become a distinguished sports edifice on the international marine sports map, where he gave the club shield as a memorial gift.
