المملكة: Wadi Al -Dawasir Governor inaugurates the study of the leaders of the leadership of the leadership of the leadership

The Governor of Wadi Al -Dawasir, Fahd Al -Masoud, opened yesterday, a study ceremony for the leaders of the leadership of the leadership, organized by the Ministry of Education and hosted by the Education Department in the governorate, with the participation of 40 students from various education departments in the regions and governorates of the Kingdom.

The ceremony was started with a speech delivered by the Acting Director of Education, Faraj bin Muhammad Al Boussa, in which he welcomed the participants, in advance of his thanks to the Ministry of Education for her confidence in hosting the study.

The leader of the study, Dr. Anwar Abdullah Abu Abi, delivered a speech in which he affirmed that preparing and rehabilitating leaders is a real investment in the scouting element, reviewing the contents of the global policy for the development of leaders, which were adopted by the forty -third World Scout Conference in Cairo, indicating that the study aims to provide leaders with effective methods that contribute to achieving the goals of the scouting movement through analyzing the training needs of each leader according to his mission and experience.

Building a leadership generation

While the scout leader, Muhidab bin Suleiman Al -Muhaidib, on behalf of his fellow scholars, expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Education for organizing this study and its keenness to raise the efficiency of the scout leaders, in order to enhance the construction of a promising leadership generation that continues the march of national scout work.

The ceremony included the presentation of an operetta entitled “From Deira Al -Tayyib Wadi Al -Dawasir”, then the Saudi show, followed by honoring the governor for the supporters and the sponsors, and the ceremony was seated by taking memorial photos with the participants.

The governor of Wadi Al -Dawasir welcomed during his speech with study leaders, trainers and scholars, expressing his pride in embracing the province of this national event, stressing that such meetings represent a platform for development and a starting point towards a promising healing future, in light of what youth and scouting activities enjoyed from the generous support from the rational leadership.
