المملكة: “Human Resources” withdraws the licenses of 5 recruitment offices and stops 10 other violations

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced the results of the intensive control and inspection tours carried out by its specialized teams on recruitment offices and companies in various regions of the Kingdom during the first quarter of this year 2025 AD.

Withdrawal of violators licenses

These rounds, which come within the Ministry’s continuous efforts to develop the recruitment sector and raise its efficiency and enhance the protection of the rights of all relevant parties, resulted in taking firm measures represented in withdrawing the licenses of five recruitment offices and suspending the activity of ten other offices temporarily.
The ministry said in a statement that the decision to withdraw the five offices licenses came as a result of its commission of multiple violations of the rules for practicing recruitment activity and providing labor services, in addition to not achieving the minimum level of performance requirements approved by the ministry to ensure the quality of the service.
The violations included the failure of these offices to comply with the standards and requirements of the shelter centers for employment, and their failure to correct these fundamental violations during the regular deadline that was previously granted to them.

Monitor the violations of the recruitment rules

The Ministry indicated that the activity of ten other recruitment offices temporarily stopped, due to the monitoring of violations related to the rules of recruitment practice, and its remarkable delay in addressing complaints submitted by customers related to returning the amounts due to them, as well as the lack of commitment of some of these offices to the criteria and requirements of the accommodation established in order.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development renewed its invitation to all licensed recruitment offices and companies in the Kingdom to the need to fully adhere to all the rules and instructions regulating the practice of recruitment activity and providing labor services, in a manner that guarantees the rights of all parties.
At the same time, the Ministry stressed the importance of the cooperation of customers and beneficiaries of recruitment services to report any irregular violations or practices that may be monitored in this sector, by contacting the unified customer service number in the “Musnad” “920002866” platform, or through the use of the “electronic support” application available on smart devices.
