The Innovation Hub, as an ambitious strategic initiative aimed at enabling government agencies to foresee the future and adopt the latest creativity models, especially in artificial intelligence applications and emerging technologies.
The Governor of the Authority, Eng. Ahmed Al -Suwaian, stressed that the center will contribute to developing smart digital solutions and enhances integration between the various government agencies to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided to the beneficiaries.

Developing innovative solutions

Engineer Al -Suwaian explained that the center represents a creative space designed to support effective cooperation between government agencies and encourage them to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of the beneficiaries renewed.

He added that the center depends on an advanced infrastructure and the latest technologies that allow government agencies to explore and apply exceptional solutions in various fields, to serve the goals of the comprehensive digital transformation in the Kingdom.
The Center for Innovation is based on three main pillars to ensure the achievement of its goals; It is characterized by being “smart” by relying on technical infrastructure, advanced digital systems and tools that guarantee the provision of a distinguished experience for the participants.
It is also “vital”, as it provides an active and inspiring cognitive environment that enhances the culture of innovation by exchanging experiences and reviewing government success stories.
The third pillar is that it is a “picnic”, as it offers specialized spaces, advanced laboratories and supportive platforms to embrace and develop innovation within the government sector.
The center provides a flexible interactive environment designed to reformulate traditional work methods, and includes organizing specialized workshops, competitive hats, and participatory design sessions aimed at improving the user experience and raising the efficiency of government services.

Amazing goals

This environment is supported by a group of laboratories and advanced laboratories, the most prominent of which are digital totalitarian laboratory, service design laboratory, educational experience design laboratory, artificial intelligence laboratory and emerging technologies, overwhelming experience design laboratory, and other facilities supporting excellence and innovation.
The digital government sets ambitious goals for the center during the current year 2025, as it seeks to provide its services to more than 100 different government agencies, and organize more than 50 knowledge workshops specialized in the field of open innovation.
The center also aims to enable more than 2000 beneficiaries of government agencies, and to launch 10 innovative digital products, in addition to 5 qualitative initiatives that serve the government’s digital directions.
The launch of the innovation center as a pivotal step is seen towards strengthening the government’s digital position in the Kingdom and raising the level of the government sector’s readiness to keep pace with the accelerating digital transformation requirements.
The center is expected to contribute greatly to the development of innovative solutions capable of improving government performance and raising the quality of services provided to citizens, residents and the business sector.
