The Saudi Vision 2030 represents a historical shift in the march of the Kingdom, it reshaped the government work style and raised its efficiency, and built a strong and diversified economy and enabled the citizen to achieve its aspirations, and it took its goals and overcoming it to put the Kingdom in the ranks of leading countries.
The vision continues on its right track, as it exceeded a number of its future targets, relying on solid tools for implementation supported by the integration of the efforts of all the participating parties.

Targeted

With integrated efforts and dedication to work, some of the goals of the vision were achieved prematurely, and it comes on top of it:

The number of volunteers

The number of volunteers reached 12,37,000 volunteers. In 2030, the one million volunteers are targeted.

World Heritage sites

The number of Saudi heritage sites listed with UNESCO reached 8 sites, achieving targeting in 2030.

Unemployment

The unemployment rate among Saudis reached 7%, achieving targeting in 2030.

Women’s participation in the labor market

The target of 30% was achieved in 2020, raising the ambition to be 40% in 2030.

The number of tourists

The target of 100 million tourists achieved in 2023, raising the ambition to adjust the target in 2030 to 150 million tourists.
