Egypt won the African Karate Championship title in Cairo and the Minister of Sports praises achievement

Egypt has achieved & nbsp; The title of the African Karate Official Championship, which was organized by the Egyptian Federation for the game headed by Dr. Rami Al -Makkawi, at the Cairo International Stadium Hall and under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, attended a part of the competition in the championship and crowned a number of winning players in the first places. The Minister of Youth and Sports praised the organization of the championship, and the efforts made by the Egyptian Karate Federation in cooperation with the relevant authorities to produce the event in an honorable manner, explaining that Egypt’s hosting of this African championship reflects the depth of sporting relations between Egypt and its siblings on the continent, and confirms our commitment to open the way for all sports to grow and develop on the homeland.

The championship witnessed the participation of 150 players and players representing 15 countries: Sudan: Sudan: Sudan Tanzania, Libya, Niger, Ghana, the Democratic Congo, Algeria, Mali, Zambia, Cote d’Ivoire, Gambia, Angola, Tunisia, South Africa and Morocco.
