I was killed and wounded after a car ran over a crowd at a popular festival in Canada

The Vancouver Police in Canada announced today (Sunday) that a number of people were killed and others were injured after a car driver was shocked at a popular festival in the city in the west of the country.
The police added in a post on the social media platform X that the vehicle’s driver was arrested, according to Reuters news agency.
“I am shocked and deeply saddened by the terrible accident that occurred today in the celebration of the day of Labu Labu,” said Ken Sim, the mayor of Vancouver.
The Vancouver Police Administration stated in a post on social media that the car entered the street as people were attending a Filipino community festival shortly after eight in the evening on Friday.
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said that “she was severely shocked to hear the horrific events of the Labo Labo Festival in Vancouver,” according to Reuters news agency.
The Labo Labo Day Festival was held in a southern Vancouver neighborhood. A video clip posted on social media showed victims and wreckage scattered over a long time of the road, with at least seven people who are mobilized on the ground.
