Distinguished offers for Sharjah Schools in the preliminary stage of the School Theater Festival

Sharjah on April 29 / WAM / The preliminary stage of the twelfth session of the Sharjah School Theater Festival, organized by the Department of Culture in Sharjah, continued its activities, where the House of Poetry Theater this morning witnessed the presentation of four theatrical performances for the schools of the third episode, in the presence of His Excellency Abdullah Al -Owais, head of the Culture Department and the head of the festival, and His Excellency Ahmed Bouhahima, director of the theater department in the department and the festival director.
The jury, consisting of artists Ibrahim Salem, Abdullah Saleh and Ashjan Al -Askar, continued a “circle of paper” prepared and directed by the teacher Aisha Saeed from the Al -Shaima School, followed by the “Without Spirit” show, written and directed by the teacher Marwa Ahmed Sami from the Khawla bint Thaalba School.
The event also witnessed the “Warda” show, written and directed by the teacher, Aya Sayyid, from the Fatima Al -Zahra School, along with the play “Mirrors”, written by the teacher, Al -Shaima Agubiri, and directed by the student, Reem Al -Mazmi, which was presented by the Zayed Teaching Complex in Rahmaniyah.
Government schools in Sharjah participate in 26 shows within the preliminary stage that concludes on Thursday, the first of May, to start the preliminary competitor on the fifth of the same month at the theater of the cultural center in Khor Fakkan, with the participation of the eastern region schools with 17 shows, including eight shows for the first episode, four for the second, and five for the third.
The closing phase of the festival will be held during the period from 12 to 15 May, with the participation of five shows from each of the three educational episodes, representing the various geographical areas in the Emirate of Sharjah.
