For its part, Her Highness Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said that the growth of the Emirati family is a basic pillar in the development plans of the state, which is a national commitment that reflects the deep faith that the family is the nucleus of society, and it is the first incubator of values, and the basis on which strong and prosperous societies are built, and from this standpoint, the state is keen to support young men and women and encourage them to marry, have children, and the proper formation of generations And address the challenges that may object to the formation and stability of the family, as well as enhance the balance between family and professional life, improve reproductive, psychological and public health, and increase fertility rates.

Her Highness added that work is being done according to a comprehensive vision in which the efforts of the Ministry of Family under the supervision of the Social Sector Committee in the Council are completed to design programs and initiatives that respond to the aspirations of Emirati families and keep pace with societal changes, in a way that contributes to creating a warm and safe environment that enhances family stability, and devotes their pivotal role in consolidating national values, and raising ambitious and educated generations, capable of contributing to making the future of our country.

His Excellency Sanaa Bint Mohammed Suhail reviewed the National Strategy for Emirati Family Development, which consists of three main tracks, the first of which is about policies and programs, and includes reviewing and analyzing the existing and planned family growth initiatives, and working to support and coordinate them by the Ministry of Family in cooperation with government partners throughout the country.

As for its second course, it is in behavioral and societal interventions, and includes designing new initiatives, experimenting, evaluating its impact and analyzing it with the aim of accelerating the pace of family growth, while the third track relates to the development of the system of data, analysis and population models through the creation of an advanced analysis platform that provides a comprehensive and accurate vision about the conditions of families is based on the development of policies, programs and interventions.
