The authorities overseeing the development of the chalet plan began signing contracts with the beneficiaries in Jeddah, in conjunction with the start of the delivery of lands from Sunday 6 Dhu al -Qi’dah 1446 AH corresponding to May 4, 2025 AD, and for a period of two months, after the completion of the preliminary work and reaching the percentage of reservations 100% of the total rental area of ​​850 thousand square meters.

The scheme is characterized by being a closed typical complex that includes a main gate and an integrated system for security and services, including guarding, cleaning and surveillance cameras, which creates an organized and safe work environment for investors.

Asphalting internal roads

Asphalt work is currently completed to end before the end of this year, while delivery operations continue during May and June 2025, with the start of the coordination of websites receiving by investors in preparation for operating the complex.

In a related context, the rental of 97% of the rental area of ​​the typical scrap scheme, which extends over an area of ​​1.7 million square meters south of Jeddah, has been completed and includes 250 beneficiaries.

Supporting light industries

Both planners are one of the strategic projects implemented by the Jeddah Governorate Municipality with the aim of organizing activities related to scandalous and delinquent, reducing randomness, and enhancing support for light industries and local content.
