The Saudi Fransi Bank ends the launch of bonds of $ 650 million

The Saudi Fransi Bank (BCF) announced the completion of the offering of additional capital bonds from the first segment denominated in US dollars, at a value of $ 650 million, and a total of 3,250 bonds.
The bank said in a statement on “Saudi Arabia Trading” today, Thursday, that the nominal value of the bond is 200 thousand dollars, with a return of 6.37% annually, indicating the duration of the merit of the bond permanent (without a due date), and it may be recovered after 6 years.
The bank pointed to the possibility of recovering the bonds before the date of the entitlement established in certain cases, according to what is detailed in the basic offering document related to the additional capital bonds program from the first segment.
The bonds are scheduled to be included in the international stock market in the London Securities Market, and bonds may only be sold in accordance with the (S) regulations of the US Securities Law of 1933 in its amended form.
