المملكة: “National Water” is implementing new sewage lines in Riyadh with 11 million riyals

The National Water Company has completed the implementation of separate sewage lines in the city of Riyadh, at a total cost exceeding (11) million riyals, as part of its continuous efforts to implement its strategic plans to prepare infrastructure in both the water and environmental services sectors, and based on its initiatives aimed at raising their coverage rates with the services provided to their customers.

An integrated biology service project

The company explained that the project included the implementation of sewage lines in a number of neighborhoods of the capital, with a total length that exceeded (14) kilometers, to serve more than (9) thousand beneficiaries in the serviced neighborhoods, noting that the project aims to remove environmental damage, improve the quality of the services provided, and enhance environmental sustainability in line with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.

She indicated that the neighborhoods covered by the project include: Al -Marwa, Tuwaiq, Al -Marqab, Al -Hada, Al -Muhdar Al -Shamali, Umm Al -Hamam Al -Gharbi, Araqa, Al -Diriyah, Al -Mulka, Salah al -Din, King Salman, Al -Taawun, Al -Muniqiya, King Faisal, Al -Nahda, Al -Rayyan, Al -Nadwa, and Al -Nazim, pointing out that the project came in response to the needs of customers in those neighborhoods and in an effort to improve the housing environment and raise the efficiency of the infrastructure.

The National Water Company emphasized that this project is consistent with its strategic plans and the previously set tables, stressing its constant concern to implement the highest quality standards in implementing its projects, in order to achieve the desired goals, foremost of which is improving the water and sanitation sector services, enhancing the reliability of networks and raising the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
