“The Oasis” incur losses of 8.82 million riyals during the first quarter

Zahrat Al -Waha Trading Company incurred a net loss of 8.28 million riyals during the first quarter of 2025, after registering profits of about 3.7 million riyals for the same period last year.
The “Oasis”, in a statement to the circulation of Saudi Arabia, today, Thursday, attributed the loss to the high cost of the sold goods, the costs of sales and distribution expenses, in addition to the high public and administrative expenses, and the decrease in profits from selling investments at a fair value of profit or loss.
The selling prices decreased as a result of the decrease in the purchase of the main raw materials, despite the high amount of sales (in ton), which increased by 3% from the sales of the same quarter of the previous year.
