The General Transport Authority stressed all carriers in various regions of the Kingdom, especially in Makkah Al -Mukarramah, that it is necessary to adhere to not transfer any passenger heading to Makkah or the holy sites without a pilgrimage permit or entry permit for work or housing in the Holy Capital, as of 1 Dhul Qi’dah 1446 AH.
This guidance comes within the framework of the integration of national efforts, and the implementation of the controls and instructions announced by the Ministry of Interior aimed at organizing the crowd movement, and preserving the security and safety of the guests of Rahman, which includes the application of penalties against violators, and a financial fine of (100,000) riyals to everyone who transferred the visitor visas or tries to transfer them with the aim of delivering them to the city of Makkah and the Holy Places starting from 1 1446 AH until the end of the 14th day of Dhu al -Hijjah 1446 AH.

Sanctions against violators

The penalties reach the confiscation of the wild transportation, which is proven to be used in the transfer of all kinds of visit visas to the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the Holy Places, and this method was owned by the carrier, shareholder or complicity with him, after requesting the competent court to judge that.
The authority emphasized all licensed carriers the importance of fulfilling the regular requirements, including obtaining licenses and operating cards for vehicles and drivers and adhering to the specified paths, and not entering the areas under the Hajj regulations without prior permit with full cooperation with the security and supervisory authorities in the sorting and control points.
The authority stressed that this procedure is one of the components of its operational plan for the Hajj season, with the aim of supporting the levels of compliance and safety and guaranteeing a smooth flow of the authorized pilgrims, which reflects the quality and efficiency of the transportation services provided during the season, stressing that violating these instructions exposes their perpetrators to regular penalties.
