For its part, the hotels classified between “three stars” and “Najma” acquired about 19% of the total size of the hotel market, with a capacity of 29.3 thousand hotel rooms, among 278 hotel establishments.

The hotel apartments recorded more than 26 thousand rooms within 186 facilities, taking over 17% of the total size of the hotel market in Dubai.

At the end of last March, the livelihood of guests in Dubai hotels recorded 3.8 hotel nights, compared to 3.8 nights in the same period in 2024, while the number of nights (seized rooms) reached about 11.19 million nights, compared to about 11.2 million nights “overnight” during the comparison period.

The daily price of the hotel room in Dubai reached 647 dirhams at the end of March 2025, compared to 638 dirhams in the same period last year, while the average revenue from the rooms available reached 528 dirhams at the end of last March, compared to 527 dirhams in the same period last year.

Dubai welcomed 1.15 million tourists from Western Europe during the first quarter of this year, for this market to acquire 22% of the total number of Dubai visitors, who number 5.31 million tourists, followed by the Association of Independent Countries and Eastern Europe with about 891 thousand tourists, to acquire 17% of the total, and the Gulf Cooperation Council states ranked third with about 772 thousand visitors and 15%.

The number of tourists from South Asia reached about 752 thousand visitors, so that the region acquires 14% of the total number, and from the Middle East and North Africa region about 620 thousand tourists by 12%, followed by countries in the northeast and southeastern Asia countries with about 474 thousand visitors and 9%, and the Americas recorded 7% about 374 thousand tourists, while the share of Africa reached about 4% recorded 197 thousand tourists, And (Australia) by 1%, recording 78 thousand tourists.
